We are almost finished packing away our household things and we have shipped the things we think we'll need on our new boat which is located in Annapolis, MD.We fly out of SeaTac on July 19 to start our amazing cruise. First we will cruise north up the Chesapeake Bay and then follow the Jersey Shore to New York City.
Then we will sail down the ICW to Florida. When the weather is right we will sail to the Bahamas and stay in the Caribbean for the season.
Our new boats name is Kiva It is a Hebrew word for shelter and protection. Kiva is a 1990 Beneteau First 35S5. Here are some pictures of Kiva (which we haven't seen yet).Her amazing interior was designed by Philippe Starck, a renowned French designer.
